Qdoba POS Support

Qdoba is a chain of fast casual restaurants in the United States and Canada serving Mexican-style cuisine. After 15 years as a wholly owned subsidiary of Jack in the Box, the company was sold to a consortium of funds led by Apollo Global Management in March 2018.

As a Technical Support Representative for Qdoba POS systems, you will be the first line of defense in providing exceptional assistance our customers. Your role involves troubleshooting issues, guiding users through software functionalities, and ensuring seamless operation of our POS systems. With strong communication skills a passion for technology, you will help enhance the customer experience by resolving technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
